This delicious smoothie is one of my daughters favorite smoothies. She loves the color and says it "tastes as good as candy!"

This smoothie serves as a great substitute for breakfast or an afternoon snack. The fiber rich oats and fat fueled avocado helps keep you feeling full longer. I highly recommend using frozen fruit as it provides a more enjoyable texture.

This recipe provided does not include any greens but feel free to add a handful of spinach to boost its nutritional profile.

Adding protein is optional (my children love the Vanilla flavor from Vega but any clean vanilla protein will do).

Happy sipping! xo

XO,

Bobbielee
