Strawberry-Banana-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (use gluten free variety of necessary)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 cups milk of choice (I use my homemade almond milk)
- 1-2 tbsp flaxseeds
- vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth.
