This blend is my baby, I love this smoothie, especially first thing in the morning or after a workout.

It definitely fits the 'functional food' category because these ingredients work for you. This smoothie contains powerful ingredients that are thought to be medicinal such as turmeric (anti-inflammatory), ginger (relieves pain and inflammation), protein (builds them muscles), mango, avocado, greens (think popeye), hemp seed, fresh cilantro, etc... This smoothie is packed with healthy fats, nourishing vitamins and minerals, and so much more.

I truly love this blend, it is so refreshing. I think that you will enjoy it as well!
