Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups filtered water
  • 1 1/2 cups flax milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric
  • 1 inch piece ginger root
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp hempseeds
  • 4 cups spinach
  • dash of black pepper (you cannot taste it)
  • handful of almonds (about 15)
  • vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash your produce and then add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend til smooth.
  3. Pour and enjoy!
