Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
- 1 1/2 cups flax milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 inch piece fresh turmeric
- 1 inch piece ginger root
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 tbsp hempseeds
- 4 cups spinach
- dash of black pepper (you cannot taste it)
- handful of almonds (about 15)
- vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Wash your produce and then add all ingredients to the blender.
- Blend til smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
