Christmas holidays have come and gone... the flu virus cycled our home like a tornado "Merry Christmas". Started with my son who barely got any symptoms, then my daughter, and now my husband.

There are so many 'natural remedies' out there (we applied many), juicing is a great addition to any regime. Something about fresh OJ and ginger makes me feel so good and so energized.

Vitamin C is well known for its immune strengthening properties, a great boost to add to your diet at a time like this!

Do not skip the black pepper, it is needed to help with the absorption of curcumin from the turmeric. I have read several studies that claim turmeric and black pepper have key ingredients that when combined may contribute to their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and disease-fighting properties.

This sweet juice has a bit of zing, it gave me some extra umph... if you are looking for some extra UMmmph... pull out your juicer and let's get started!
