Fresh juice is one of my favorite ways to boost energy in the afternoon. I often use this juice to replace my afternoon coffee or tea.
This refreshing Kal'icious Blend is made with kale, pineapple, apple, celery, ginger, and lemon. It is easy to make, provides a boost of energy and nutrients, and adds a little ZING to your day!
I recommend drinking this juice right after running it through the juicer, but you may store it away in the fridge in an airtight bottle for up to 24 hours (if the juice sits, it will separate). Be sure to stir it before serving.
As always, choose organic when possible.
