Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup water or milk (I prefer hemp or almond) of choice
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • protein powder (I prefer vanilla)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Taste and (if needed) add more liquid to reach desired consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately!
