Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup water or milk (I prefer hemp or almond) of choice
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- protein powder (I prefer vanilla)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender, blend on high until smooth.
- Taste and (if needed) add more liquid to reach desired consistency.
- Serve and enjoy immediately!
