5 Great Fruit Infused Water Recipes to Make Drinking Water More Interesting

If you struggle with drinking water and meeting your daily quota, look no further... this post is for you!

I hear it all the time, "water is so boring" but it is (in most cases) the healthiest of beverages to consume.

By adding some fresh fruit to your H20 it not only enhances the flavor, it looks fun, even the kids will enjoy it.

I have added 5 of my favourite fruit/herb infused water combinations. Give them a try, leave a comment and share which one you enjoy the most.

Ingredients:

  1. Strawberry Basil Lemon Water
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, stemmed and sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 large fresh basil leaves torn
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • ice (optional)
  1. Blackberry Mint Water
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • ice (optional)
  1. Cucumber Lime Water
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • ice (optional)
  1. Raspberry Lime Water
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 lime, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • ice (optional)
  1. Blueberry Orange Water
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • ice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add all the fruit and/or herbs to a glass jar (with a lid). Break some of the fruit down using the back of a spoon.

  2. Add the water and ice, CHEERS!!
