Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Milk of choice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (May swap for your favorite chocolate protein powder or cocoa)
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Fresh fruit, granola, or nuts for topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Instructions: Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and protein powder. Stir until everything is well blended.
  2. Add the Coconut: Fold in the coconut, ensuring an even distribution throughout the mixture.
  3. Portion and Store: Divide the mixture into two separate containers or jars, then seal them tightly.
  4. Chill Overnight: Place the containers in the refrigerator and let them chill overnight.
  5. Serve: Top with some fresh chopped fruits, nuts and/or seeds. Enjoy!
