Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Milk of choice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 5 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (May swap for your favorite chocolate protein powder or cocoa)
- 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
- Fresh fruit, granola, or nuts for topping (optional)
Directions
- Instructions: Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and protein powder. Stir until everything is well blended.
- Add the Coconut: Fold in the coconut, ensuring an even distribution throughout the mixture.
- Portion and Store: Divide the mixture into two separate containers or jars, then seal them tightly.
- Chill Overnight: Place the containers in the refrigerator and let them chill overnight.
- Serve: Top with some fresh chopped fruits, nuts and/or seeds. Enjoy!
