Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (see my recipe)
  • 23 almonds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth!
