- 1 cup spinach
- 3 dates, pitted
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 inch ginger (optional)
- 1/2 cup mango, frozen
- 1 cup coconut water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender container, blend til smooth.
