  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 inch ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender container, blend til smooth.
