Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana (may use frozen or room temp)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsps peanut butter (may swap for another nut/seed butter or omit)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a smoothie container.
- Blend til smooth and ENJOY!!
