Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 inch piece ginger root (optional)
- 1/2 inch piece turmeric root
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 orange
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup fresh papaya (peeled and seeded)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds (may use oil)
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately
