Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cups nut milk (see my almond milk recipe)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, smash the ripe banana.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
