Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cups nut milk (see my almond milk recipe)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, smash the ripe banana.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover with a lid and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
