No-Bake Crispy Rice Treats (No Marshmallows)

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsalted, creamy peanut butter (check the ingredient list there should just be peanuts listed)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 cups brown rice crisp cereal
Directions
- Line a 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set it aside.
- Heat a medium size pan over low heat. Add the peanut butter, stir until it melts. Should take 2-3 minutes. Now add the maple syrup and brown rice crisp cereal. Stir until the cereal pieces are covered with the melted peanut butter and maple syrup.
- Now transfer the brown rice crisps to the prepared 8-in square pan. Press it down tightly using a spatula or your hands.
- Cover the pan with a lip, foil, or wrap and place it into the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove, cut and enjoy!
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
