Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango from 2-3 sweet, ripe mangoes
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt 3/4 cup milk of choice (adjust to reach desired consistency)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1-1 1/5 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (adjust to desired taste)
  • seeds from 2 cardamom pods, opened and seeds crushed (or use cardamom powder)
  • saffron and crushed pistachio to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender, bend until smooth.
  2. Adjust ingredients as needed.

Recipe notes:

If you have leftovers, this recipe freezes well into a popsicle.
