Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango from 2-3 sweet, ripe mangoes
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup milk of choice (adjust to reach desired consistency)
- 1 cup ice
- 1-1 1/5 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener (adjust to desired taste)
- seeds from 2 cardamom pods, opened and seeds crushed (or use cardamom powder)
- saffron and crushed pistachio to garnish (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender, bend until smooth.
- Adjust ingredients as needed.
