Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 fresh mango
- 1 cup coconut water, more as needed
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 avocado
- Juice of 2 limes
Directions
- Prepare Ingredients: Start by washing the spinach, cilantro, and mint thoroughly. Peel and chop the mango, ginger, and banana. Scoop out the avocado.

Blend: Add all the ingredients to a blender, including the spinach, mango, coconut water, ginger, cilantro, mint, banana, avocado, and lime juice.

Blend Until Smooth: Start the blender on low and gradually increase to high, blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water to reach your desired consistency.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime if desired.
