Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted peanut butter (be sure ingredients are just peanuts and salt)
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp cacao nibs (may swap for chocolate chips)
- 1tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a medium sized bowl. Mix well (using your hand) until all ingredients are combined.
- Form into balls (7-8 balls).
- Keep the balls in an airtight container, stored in the fridge.
