Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted peanut butter (be sure ingredients are just peanuts and salt)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp cacao nibs (may swap for chocolate chips)
  • 1tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium sized bowl. Mix well (using your hand) until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Form into balls (7-8 balls).
  3. Keep the balls in an airtight container, stored in the fridge.
