Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flax milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger root (optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blackberries (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Vanilla or plain protein powder (I used Vega brand, vanilla)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust the liquid as desired.
  3. Enjoy!
