Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch piece turmeric root
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)
  • 2/3 cup flax milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • dash of black pepper (you cannot taste it)
  • handful of almonds (about 15)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend til smooth.
  2. Feel free to add more flax milk to reach desired consistency!
