Antioxi-berry (Post-Workout) Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 inch piece turmeric root
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 serving vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)
- 2/3 cup flax milk
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- dash of black pepper (you cannot taste it)
- handful of almonds (about 15)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend til smooth.
- Feel free to add more flax milk to reach desired consistency!
