Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked in filtered water overnight, then rinsed)
  • 4-5 cups filtered water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2-3 dates, pitted (optional)
  • dash of cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth (about 2 minutes)
  2. Strain the almond milk mixture using a nut milk bag.
  3. Store the almond milk in an airtight bottle and refrigerate for 3-4 days, best if consumed by day 3. Shake well before consuming.
