Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds (soaked in filtered water overnight, then rinsed)
- 4-5 cups filtered water
- pinch of sea salt
- 2-3 dates, pitted (optional)
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth (about 2 minutes)
- Strain the almond milk mixture using a nut milk bag.
- Store the almond milk in an airtight bottle and refrigerate for 3-4 days, best if consumed by day 3. Shake well before consuming.
